A, Western blotting analysis showed that transfection of CNE2 cells with GSTP1 siRNA knocked down GSTP1 expression, whereas GSTP1 expression was not significantly suppressed by control siRNA. B, Flow cytometric analysis showed that GSTP1 siRNA transfection could significantly increase cell apoptosis in CNE2 cells incubated with paclitaxel and EGF.
