Analysis of peptides generated by a calculated model. Our model is based on the generation of all possible peptides containing a combination of 6 amino acids out of the 6 charged amino acids contributing to the pI calculation (D, E, R, K, H, Y). Only one arginine or lysine is theoretically present in a given peptide after tryptic digestion. (A) Isoelectric point repartition of peptides obtained by the combination model.
