Summary data showing stages in the quality assessment of specimen spectra. Pearson correlation coefficients were calculated for the entire spectrum prior to peak detection, the coefficient for the entire dataset is reported (Grand statistic). The coefficient of variation (CV) was calculated for peak intensities present in the entire spectrum.
